Medical Assistance Programs
The medical assistance programs are designed to assist patients that are both uninsured
and underinsured with limited financial resources. All patients are required to
meet specific criteria including diagnosis, residency and income level requirements.
The National Organization for Rare Disorders ( NORD) Intrathecal Therapy for
Pain Management Co-Pay Assistance Program
Patients with limited financial resources can apply for assistance by contacting
NORD. To discuss enrollment for this program, patients and providers should contact
NORD at 1-800-459-7599. You may also contact the Express Pain Information Center
(EPIC) to learn more about assistance options through NORD.
Patient Assistance Program for PRIALT
A summary of the eligibility criteria and the level of assistance provided in this
program can be obtained from the Express Pain Information Center (EPIC) at 1-888-PRIALT-1
